Nearly a year after the ex- sent my life crashing hard... moving to an apartment and buying my house... I've finally got my new workshop sorted and my model kit collection organized and was able to resume work on the Airfix Boulton Paul Defiant that I started LAST summer! And it felt GOOOOOOOOODDDD!!!!!! :ph43r: ^_^

I'm a "green shirt" because I work on the carrier's flight deck and maintain US Navy aircraft. Safe sorties are my life so we can be anywhere, anytime -- from the Sea.

Congratulations, good to have you back building again!

Time spent modeling is not deducted from your lifespan.

I spent most of my money on beer and women. The rest of it I just wasted.

Well done, JC. Great to hear it!

considering J.C.'s last year and where he is now, to be finishing that Defiant kit is rather apropos, don't you think

Well said, that man!

JC, maybe you should follow it up with a Curtiss SB2C ("The Beast") or a U-2 ("Dragon Lady") just to confirm your "defiance"!!!
