Thank you all for the suggestions. I tried the Butt Cream and Jolt Cola with no success. Maybe it was because I lubed myself with the Cola and drank the butt cream?

No-one in the UK will ever be surprised that people in Yorkshire have strange habits. (Said the geordie living in exile in Lancashire.) |

I've resisted the local customs for a while, but having been in Yorkshire for 20 years I'm getting strong yearnings to shove ferrets down my trousers. IIRC they do the same in Lancs, the ferret runs down the left leg in an anti clockwise direction, whereas in Yorkshire they run clockwise down the right leg. Straddling the county border is an effective way of sending a ferret insane. Hence the local expression, "As mad as a kecks full of addled ferrets". |

On a more serious note, glory be, have finally got to play with some plastic at last! Tinkering around with a rag wing Hurri which I will probably build as the 111 sqn version, and a Fujimi FG1 FAA Phantom. Have decided to use the kitchen table which isn't optimal, but means I can tinker about with something as and when I can. It will also be warmer and drier than the cellar now that autumn is here Would be nice to finish one more kit before the year is out |
