Usually by the time the show ends we've had a few days of people uploading photos in various places. I haven't seen any. Has my google fu finally run dry or what? Anyone here planning on uploading some of the shots of 1:72 aircraft? TIA.

I'm surprised you have not had an answer yet.

The following link to a set of photos on Facebook was posted on Hyperscale yesterday, it appears to be a public site to enter

Thanks for that link. I did look over the photos. Hard to tell which ones are 1:72 with no captioning, but at least there are some pictures to look at! I couldn't even find blowing tumbleweeds over the weekend!

I am wondering if the Photobucket debacle may have something to do with the lack of photos posted.

That was a far ranging event alright. You may be right.

I hadn't considered PB fallout. This may end up having long term ramifications far beyond just the inconvenience of having posted pictures become unavailable.

This is as close to a stinkeye as I can get with the supplied graphics:

The IPMS/USA site itself already has a nicely organized set of albums up:

The great thing about having photos posted on this board is that at least you know that they are all in 1:72. I really have no interest in other scales, and most of the photo recaps on other sites don't let you know what the scale of the item is (unless they happen to have caught the model's IPMS tag in the shot).

So thanks for that, Joe!

Stupid link doesn't work; even from the IPMS USA home page.
Somebody needs to get his/her finger out.

I was hoping to ID that winning German WWI 2-seater vacform in Joe's pics.

The IPMS site has now posted shots of the 2017 Nats winner:

http://svsm.org/gallery/omaha2017-awards

NOTE, shots are in reverse order, as used in the awards slide show, i.e. the 3rd place winner is slide no. 1 of each group, etc. No descriptions or builder's names, unfortunately, but the photos are pretty nice, and at least we can tell what scale they are.
