Ran across one off these today at an old Hobby Shop I have been visiting in Birmingham every time i'm in the city. ( 30 plus years now)
No info on the box of the features other than grey photos of the model on one side of the box.
Looks to be engraved panel lines, with what appears to be opened gun bays.
Priced at $12.99.
Looks accurate. 2 options.
Be leaving here Sat. and wondered if this was worth taking back home with me.

What Steve said.

Scalemates is a useful resource for determining the provenance of kits, or if they are newly tooled.

yup, new mold. Late Typhoon with 4-blade prop and Tempest tail planes. I've built a couple and have a couple more in the stash. Take your time with the cockpit interior, do some test fitting. and assemble it (the cockpit) as much as possible before painting. It is one of those where too much paint on the joining surfaces can keep the fuselage from closing neatly (at least in my experience).

Would it be in Homewood Toy & Hobby Shop?
