Anyone aware of any Luftwaffe numbers for the 109/190 that are black with red surround?

Seems like there's everything else out there except these... well perhaps these and a lack of blue numbers.

Hi J C,

For blue (and brown) Luftwaffe codes, there are these (ex Cutting Edge)

(scroll down)

I recall I have some back with red surround but I think they are 2 part and very old (maybe ED? decals). Whatever they are I'm sure they're long out of print.

Cheers

Old Microscale decals had them, but limited configurations and not entirely well executed.

That would be black with white, yellow, and red outlines. I recall many times having to assemble certain numbers by cutting bits off the different decal numbers and putting them together to make near what I wanted.

Here's the lot of Luftwaffe fighter number sheets I have found. FCM makes the two with black, white, yellow, and red with black or white outlines. Cutting Edge made blue with white outlines (or no outlines), and brown with black outlines (or no outlines).

The old Microscale decals were re-issued as Super Scale also. Those are the ones I have here.

Any variety of black with red outline is a tough find indeed...

That is an odd hole considering how many aftermarket decal sheets are out there.
