Thanks for posting these, Joe! Have to see this one through you, Orlando is out of my driving range. I hope you guys are all having a great time, and good luck to all those entering models. I'd love to see a 72nd Scale Aircraft "awards show" to see how everybody did.

Thanks for the pics Joe, some very nice stuff there!!

A question for the experten, just out of interest. Is the damage to the upper wing crosses of the desert Bf-109 intentional & as per the real aircraft? I have no clue about 109's & it looks just a little odd to me on such an otherwise very nicely built model....

It's accurate, it's one of Marseille's aircraft. There is a picture of him sitting on the cockpit sill where the port wing cross is at the very edge of the picture that shows it pretty well.

Thanks Jeff, thought it seemed a bit strange that he'd have displayed it if it wasn't intentional! Guess the Luftwaffe must have had problems with their
decals too....!! :D

Thanks for the pictures Joe!

The Me 209 model looks well done. I guess it is the Huma kit.

Cheers

It was...highly modified and beautifully done though it failed to place. His civil racer from the same kit took a 1st in the civil sport and racing category.

That FGP-227 is different! Hadn't realised there was a kit of it!
