Well, for an 11-piece wheel set, I think the price is okay. Good God, I don't think I've ever seen a three-piece *tailwheel* in this scale. By comparison, the Cooper Details LG set for late 190s has three wheel pieces--two mains and the tail. Even granting the advantages of CAD and 3d prototyping, this is spectacularly more detailed.

No, not really, if you think you'll like the look (and presuming you think it accurate). I've pretty much gone over to Roy's view that uninspired wheels stick out on an otherwise well-crafted model, and unlike most AM, they don't usually require modification to the main structure of the model, which reduces the hassle factor. Frankly, I'm a little tempted by these, even though the odds of ever building the A-8 kit I have are not that high. Hey, I'm burning through five 109 variants right now, and I don't care about 109s much at all.
