Well, that was quick. Sprue Bros is showing this as sold out now after only 2 days. They are notorious for under-ordering 1:72 kits, but at this price point I thought they would have ordered enough to last longer than this!

Hobbyeasy has them for about 65 euros/70 dollars, even with postage, experience suggests a total price of about 85-90. Of course you then have to run the gauntlet of customs.

Billy: Actually, Customs has been pretty gentle with me for personal orders. Never held up or charged anything (knock on wood...) The only time I had to deal with them was when I had an online shop and got a large wholesale order from Japan. That was a commercial transaction, not personal, so I didn't have any issues with the process (except that I had to pick it up at SeaTac airport since they wouldn't deliver it)!

In that case I would go with hobbyeasy, I've always found their service good, their prices for hasegawa competitive and airmail to europe from HK really reasonable.

I got mine at Hobby Link Japan. They are currently listing it at $63.24 with a 4 to 6 week backorder. Shipping to the US was about $16.00. Link here: https://hlj.com/product/HSGE45
Jeff

Time spent modeling is not deducted from your lifespan.

I spent most of my money on beer and women. The rest of it I just wasted.
