A while ago, I given parts of a KMC/Kendall Hawker Hurricane cockpit set. However, I'm not sure if it was just parts or if indeed it was the complete set. Would anyone possibly have the set and be able to scan the instruction sheet?

Thanks,

Jim

Hello,

KMC, Hurricane Mk1 Update Set 72-7010 (for Haseqawa kit) consists of 12 pieces.

1) ailerons x 2
2) main instrument panel
3) left cockpit side wall
4) right cockpit side wall
5) cockpit floor and rear bulkhead (combined casting)
6) rudder
7) elevators x 2
8) seat
9) flaps x 2

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner at the moment.

Regards,

LawM,

Thank you so much. Someone else was able to send me a copy of the instruction sheet, but it was unclear if a control column was included or if you needed to use the kit item. Thankfully, you list answered that question.

You're welcome.

The KMC instructions are funny in at least three ways.
1) It notes the reference kit as Tamiya kit no. 43 - I don't think that's a Hurricane,
2) It illustrates a control stick but doesn't include one in the detail set or tell you to use the one from the reference kit.
3) It illustrates foot straps on the rudder pedals, but there definitely aren't any in the castings.
