Due to their destructive awesome'ness; same reason for why people used to name their swords and rifles.

*deep breath*
actually Tsarism is the opposite of Communism, Tsardom is basically an Imperial Autocratic Government System in Russia in the 15th to 18th century, the kind of government communism is trying to denounce. Although it is different to the British Monarchy, it might be easier to think of it that way. The ruler is called the "Tsar" which is equivalent to the British King.
It is ironic however, that this type of rule is actually very similar to communism and fascism with it's totalitarian nature, but then, all extreme political ideologies are similar in the end of the day.

Tsardom was then later replaced by Soviet Communism.

and then i looked it up and :( tis a cannon.

but in case you wanted to know about Tsarism :)

(sorry i love russian history.)

Haha, Dragon just used his low amount of memory to conceive a joke. Tsar is related to Russia, and Russia is related to Communism, which was how he put Tsar and Communism together.

Tsar was given to part of the name of the cannon probably because the cannon was just "That powerful," that people decided to call it a "king," cannon.

There are a lot of Tsar cannons actually.

The Tsar was still alive in the 20th century so... not the 18th.

And actually a Tsar of Emperor is higher as a King, a King rules over 1 country or people and a Tsar or Emperor rules on more people. (Austrian Emperor was an emperor because he was the King of Hungary too, he had 2 crowns :/ )

Weird communists hmmmm

Communism was a more organized form of governmental control, which is what growing countries need. A powerful country can't be run by a Monarch or Emperor; not in the modern era anyways.

Japan, Scandinavian countries(not Finland), UK, and the BeNeLux are all monarchies and they are all rich and "powerfull", if you could call it powerfull hmmmm

But yes it is strange to have a "better" civilian in the country(for me The Queen) than "rules" you.

All those Monarchs don't actually rule; they all have seperate democratic or republican governments; or at least something that doesn't let the Monarch rule solely and directly.

Basically; the Prime Minister of England can make the country go to war, but the Queen can't. She can agree to, or honour the idea, but can't actually allow it.

Yes they are not in rule, but it are monarchies. And it is not like a President would run the country by himself.

And The Crown is still Commander-in-Chief and The Head of the State.
