Major Posts: 1,201 Group: A414A Member Member #15 Joined: December 17, 2007	Ive noticed this both in our clan and on agesanc. After they announced ES closing down all hope for future patches is dead. I rarely read threads about the game itself anymore and I dont even want to play anymore. U guys going through the same thing? Its like its lost all the magic it once had.
	Jack the IV How the fuck is she gonna find out? I post pictures of my dog on here, it's the same thing, both are bitches. Jack the IV Cause arm-penises are way cooler. B)

Sergeant Posts: 128 Group: A414A Member Member #91 Joined: July 4, 2008	AOE3 is not dying. great part of the players doesn't even know ES will close, as they usually don't come to sites related to the game. it IS slowing down, tho, but just because of it's age, 3 years is twice as much as a normal game lives. I'm also playing AOE3 less often than before, but not because I'm getting into other games, but because I just have other things to do, if you look at my ELO, I've just played like 10 games this month (playing 2 games in some days). but it's still a nice game, that will live for some more time

I take over a planet and it has a freaking ecosystem colapse. Now I just kinda go "meh" and play for about an hour a week.

Wow, reminds me how I get addicted to Star Wars Empire at War in 1 day... and hated it after 2 :/ The land battles are slow, untactful, boring, with bad graphics. The space battles are pretty cool, and the game suggests flanking and luring strategies by using your fighters and fast corvettes; those strategies never work tbh :/ The only fun in the game is when you play Galactic Conquest and get to build huge fleets and upgrade your planets... only to have the other faction toddle along and destroy everything ):<
