Yes. They always seem to be isolated in their practice (See: Dragonlegend and Jack. No offense Jack, I just think you're kind of over the top about things, not to mention the only one here that shares those kinds of ideas as yours).

As for the last part, I think Dragonlegend is a much better example. But he doesn't go to this board.

Lol Jack, 80% of the people when we first went to Afghanistan/Iraq. Now it's only 30% or something. Get with the times, yo!

And True that Lincoln didn't start the Civil War, but he stopped it. The difference is that the economic crisis happened DURING Bush's term. Plus is was probably inevitable, Banks giving out too much money was happening everywhere, not just America.

I don't know, whenever I go to forums there's always radical conservatives who seem to be the political equivalent of the barbarian hordes.

And thus, the Liberal Huns expelled the Conservative Goths to Rome, where they established themselves in the frontier.

Jeez stop, you're making me laugh (andy)

80% at first because those in favour thought America had the ability to destroy anything; there was still plenty of the, "We're invincible," thingy despite 9/11. It was supposed to be all okay, with complete disregard for the innocents that would be caught in the crossfire.

Poor Arab lives have been ruined. Dragon probably likes that ^^

Also, invading Iraq was partly supposed to combat rising fuel prices, but so far the war has probably aided them seeing as plenty of fuel is spent daily on the front.

Gay People Read This.
Whenever America is attacked or threatened, the people get roused up and ready to fight at whoever is the enemy, therefore when 9/11 happened and the U.S. needed an excuse to wage by demolishing the towers, they blamed some arab and when Bush said "We will kill them" the American people were excited and wanted to fight, so he had 80 % approval rate. But then as people realized he was exploiting the war and wasn't even attacking the right enemy, his approval rating went down to like 30 %. Bush is not an idiot though, I think it's a mask he does for the public so he can lay low. I mean he ensured a rich, secure future for himself, his family, and his political and non political friends for generations, without the people noticing because they thought the whole time he was some monkey in a suit.

the economy dips and dodges, but Bush turned what would/should have been a small recession into panic and potential depression

Afghanistan h nothing to do with Iraq...FOR SOME REASON EVERYONE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In battle, in the forest, at the precipice in the mountains,
On the dark great sea, in the midst of javelins and arrows,
In sleep, in confusion, in the depths of shame,
The good deeds a man has done before defend him.
