Back and is about 13! Posts: 1,698 Group: A414A Member Member #61 Joined: May 3, 2008	Hey, well first off im back, and second off ive gotta question. Well wyatt and mandy brok up, have been broken up for a while (they wouldnt tell me why) and both them got a new "special person." Wyatts broke up with him (lucky me-i had to tell him) but mandy's is still with her, but he is realy rude to her. she says the only reason shes with him is because she dont have wyatt. anyway, she is deppresed and...may be cutting herself again, and i guess she was once "ruder then hell" to wyatt so he hates her, but she is crazy about him and wants him back, she wants me to help her get him back, he just dosnt wanna go back out with her.... and hes being rude to her now. shed come over just say "hi-hehe-whacha doing?" then hed say somthing like "nothing!!" or if she trys to just make a little joke of a small mistake he made, he gos "loser, shut up" (he does the loser thing for anybody, but he uses it like...more 'forcely' with her. nd i dont know what do do. i know none of you realy care, and some may not have ever been in a situation remotley like this but...i just turned 13-i have no clue what to do. she sits by me and says "nothing is right with my life" and "its all my fault" i try to comfort her, but i go to say somthing and nothing comes out. i just stare at her... i jsut want some opinions on what to do/say/talk to her and him.....

Mandy wants to be with Wyatt, but wyatt doesn't. You dont know why they broke up, or why wyatt doesn't want to be with mandy. Now, if what i said is true, you first have to know the why's. Why did they break up? Why isn't wyatt attracted to her anymore. First answer those 2 questions. In the mean time, just be around mandy and make sure she doesn't cut herself. A good catch sentence would be: "hey hey look. i want to help you, i want to help you both. but i need to know why did all of this happened. "

(the people they were seeing broke up with them. for mandy, it was because of him mistreating her. For wyatt, it was because she thought he just wasnt going to work out. (btw wyatt's is mandys best friend so that brought jealousy on her. and i had to tell him she was dumping him) 3.She was apperently "rude as hell" to him in the first week of the break up, and he was trying to just be cool. now hes being rude, and shes trying to be cool (but kinda in the way that says "i still like you"...its hard to explain, sorry.) But he is starting to be kinda cool with her, but its still not at the "friend" level. 4.she comes to me for help cuz she says im his "bestie" (wich we are best friends) but truthfully i really dont know what to say. And also Wyatts not telling me much about anything. I think hes still kinda hurt from his last break up. 5.He dosnt wat a girlfriend-period-right now, cuz he says "they're all the same..." wich hints to me "im still hurt" I hope i made things a little clearer, i do kinda get shaky when im talking about her depression, and how he dosnt realy care that much (yeah he dosnt care that much. he says he dosnt care at all, but i think he does a little) But they are great people. if you knew them, i know you would like them both. And thanks guys for responding, and i know you guys probally dont have any experiance with this, i just had to let it out, and see if anyone could help me out with even the smallest bit of advice. Mandy needs to stop supposedly cutting herself, and shouldn't be with somebody else just because she doesn't have her, "True love." Wyatt shouldn't be so rude to Mandy unless he has a really good reason for it (if he does, then I guess he may as well shun her) Oh, and tell them both that if they really do feel for each other then there's no point being apart; although young relationships almost (99%) never last.

So tell her she needs to grow up a bit.... Just be around her imo, she can't cut if ur there. Might help a bit.... second off, sounds like alot of emo on both sides. Maybe they should talk or something..... but then again, there 13 and 14. Imo they should talk it over and see where that leads. But u wheren't looking for much advise on what THEY should do. Im betting you wanted to know what YOU should do ;).Ur job is simple: prevent her from cutting herself as much as you can and try to get them talking. Don't draw sides, ur both their friend. Its not something you can fix (only they can).
