um... the first one he lost. he didnt get a rematch until the sequal. yea he lost the first one entirely, the meaning behind the movie was someone at the bottom, fallen in a pit that he couldnt get out of. he was kicked out of his gym for being a "bum" and shunned away by all except for the guy he hussled for, but even he didnt accept him, and then he was given a chance. it shows what someone that is given a chance and alot of determination can do! @ gs... his acting was acually good, for the first few anyway, he was supposed to be an uneducated idjiot, not good at talking, reading, just being a bruit was his only quality, and selvesters personality if anything pulls that off. acting = not so good but he himself fit the role to cancel out the acting portion of it. also, rocky movie is good for its meaning. determination, pride, commitment, hard work, EYE OF THE TIGER BABY!!!!
eye of the tiger is a song. that they used for the movie. the quality of a movie should by no means be determined by the quality of the songs used in it.
but the song is good ofc.

well it could have a crazy ass twist like in Angels & Demons but then again its a boxing movie so its not really open to plot twists...

adams its funny you say that... in rocky 5, his wife is dead, and he looses to the guy. and that IS the last one, the rocky movies ended teh series with a loss for the legend. so acually, rocky does not win IN THE END!

goosbe, in rocky 5 his wife was already dead and he lost the match. that is the last one. but the meaning behind it, he came back. its a movie about motivation and determination. watch it, it isnt the typical rocky movie.
