If you flame you get to be a mod, so flame away.
In battle, in the forest, at the precipice in the mountains,
On the dark great sea, in the midst of javelins and arrows,
In sleep, in confusion, in the depths of shame,
The good deeds a man has done before defend him.

I think unicorns have a higher chance of existing than gods do. I mean, if a mare fell into the ocean and a narwhal raped it, then the mare might just give birth to a unicorn.

So did we....

http://www.ocr.org.uk/download/kd/ocr_9600_kd_gce_spec.pdf

Skip to page 7, unit F215
It was basically a paper on module 3 and even then it only contained a very small portion of that.

They skipped all the major stuff like the WHOLE of module 1 and 2

Module 4 had one question.

I think the hedgehogs and sheep eating seaweed are all intrinsic to some internet meme that this board has yet to encounter.

They make implicit reference to exams not altogether being faithful to what is asked to be studied.

i interpreted all those memes as the exam asking about hedgehogs in an extensive way while it's a very minor part of the subject and no one revised it.

Wasn't part of the spec, nor was how to kill them ethically.

Basically they decided, testing us about 2% of what we learned = Our grade, which is BS, considering they ignore every large part of the syllabus.

It wasn't that we haven't revised it, just we never had the sufficient information to answer it in the first place.

I collect that much of the examiners' intention was to assess your capability to take an initiative based on what you knew; exams would be a breeze if you were reciting purely from memory, and I believe the whole concept is to apply your knowledge into something like practice.

Reciting from memory is the exam. At least for Biology it is because you can't create scenarios like chemistry or physics can.
Applying our knowledge is assessed in practical exams.

My Grade shouldn't be determined by one minute part of the syllabus, They failed to test the complete syllabus which is 150 pages of work to learn, recite and apply.
In the exam they used at max 5-6 pages, 4-5 of those being ecology (Which is 30 or so pages total)
A complete waste of my time, especially when they've decided many peoples grades on whether they knew information that was a minor part of the course at best.

You probably haven't experienced this, and hopefully you never will.

I disagree on not being able to create scenarios for bio, our exam had plenty. But ya, that really sucks that they pulled the old obscure reference move on you.
