I googled it and found that you be on the East coast. Are you more of a Jay-Z man than a Snoop Dogg man then. I need to find more West Coast rappers. They have nothing coming through, no new generation that I know of. |

I don't really listen to either of them, honestly. Not a fan of rap. I don't hate it, but I'm just not very into it. |

Black people that I know don't mind me because I don't mind rap. I can listen to it, I just don't go out of my way to listen to it. But it's not a favorite genre of mine, yet there is certainly worse out there... If I had to pick, for example...Megadeth or Kanye West? Megadeth, easily. If I had to pick say...Dr. Dre or Nickelback? Dr. Dre, no doubt about that. |

That depends on the metal. If by metal you mean Metallica when they released St. Anger, then you're right, that isn't saying much at all. If by metal you mean groups like Black Sabbath, Motorhead, Metallica before they sucked, Megadeth from before and after the Risk-era...then yeah, that actually means a LOT. |

Metal isn't necessarily gothic. There's gothic metal, but that's just one of the facets of metal. |

I would much rather listen to crunk than metal. However Crunk is more like a distant relative. Its one of those cases where your technically related but its so far out you dont even say your related. You feel me mayne? |

Kid Named Cudi I believe his first one is brilliant some unbelievable songs on that. Kid from Cleveland another mixtape I think, havent heard anything great off it but Im looking forward to MotM, cant wait to hear sky might fall with an orchestra etc behind it, that will sound great. I also have high hopes for Pursuit of Hapiness, lyrics sound great, if he can put a big beat behind it it will be good. Im going to keep an eye out for his UK tour. |
