life is grand :) Posts: 5,199 Group: A414A Member Member #105 Joined: July 20, 2008	just found out that my nephew is going in for surgery on thursday..the tumor has grown and they said that they need to remove it right away they were trying to shrink it because of its position and are concerned that removing it might cause blindness or other eye issues...also the area has a lot of blood vessels so they are concerned about blood loss. sigh

life is grand :) Posts: 5,199 Group: A414A Member Member #105 Joined: July 20, 2008	omg...my nephew got out of surgery today at 6, it lasted 7.5 hours and they said it should have taken 8-10.....IT WENT WELL and it's out! they have him in recovery and they are going to be checking his eyes soon ...YAY! so far so great!!!
