As a “politics junkie”, I've had to closely follow the (mainly US) media and countless blogs and news websites. All I said is that coverage of the China-US cyber war is not extensive at all, and that I believe (note: “believe” means it's not a fact, because I know of no studies or polls about Americans' knowledge of the cyber war, and while I've discussed it with numerous people who either knew or didn't know of it, anecdotes aren't evidence) the average American is not very aware of it. I provided the latest study on Americans' views of other countries, and the fact that half the US population has a favorable view of China as a... “hint“, if you will, that the average American is not aware that China is an enemy and waging a cyber war (which is serious business, by the way), among other things, against the US. - Incog, I usually don't share personal information about myself on most sites I go to, and my exact location is no exception. I mean, you don't even know my name. Besides, would you really believe it? We've been through this a million times, and I can't see any good coming out of doing it yet again. Some IP sites say USA, UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and probably a couple of other countries I forgot. If I wanted to hide the fact I live in Bahrain, I could've used a fixed proxy from the very beginning. You have no way of knowing where anybody on the Internet is from. If you ignored the IP, it would make no sense that I live in Bahrain. For instance, the country recently witnessed an uprising that temporarily turned the place into Somalia. While shops were closed for days and gangs were roaming the streets attacking people in their homes, I was fervently discussing the AoE II mini-map with Goodspeed... But, as I said, we've discussed this dozens of times and no good ever came out of it. You can continue to believe I'm from whatever country you think I'm from, if you want, Richard, and seeing that it doesn't change anything or affect me, I'm not going to go out of my way to correct you.
