Using drugs to treat a serious illness is fine. I'm just saying resorting to drugs to deal with every little problem isn't, and neither is resorting to drugs when there are other, more 'natural' solutions. Gulping down drugs for no reason can't be good for the body.

I'm talking about people who take a pill whenever they want to sleep, even though they have no real sleeping disorders. Or people who take a pill whenever they have a headache, or are in pain, or depressed, or have a cough, and stuff like that. I'm not saying don't try to fix those problems. I'm just saying, if you have to, at least do it naturally.

For example, aspirin is extracted from the bark of willow, and bark was used as a natural remedy for thousands of years.
