In battle, in the forest, at the precipice in the mountains, On the dark great sea, in the midst of javelins and arrows, In sleep, in confusion, in the depths of shame, The good deeds a man has done before defend him. | |

How do we know that a child will understand the significance of the ball, and such things as cooperation and mischief. |

Morals do not require a supernatural being to be created. To say other morals are false with the only backing being "it's a belief" is pretty weak. Honestly, if you're gonna argue about intention, then you shouldn't be saying that they were determined by a supernatural being, because the only moral code we've been given by such a being refers to direct actions. Anything beyond that isn't given to you by the christian god. If such a God doesn't exist, that wouldn't mean we should doubt everything. "If that God exists, but is lying," doesn't seem to make sense in itself as an idea. If you're referring solely to that, then I apologize for making a claim in error. But if you're referring the the former at all, then the rest is silly.
"The only morality," and "the morality I think is correct" are two separate things. |

It does, but whatever. I've lost interest in trying to reason with you. And yes, I am a christian. |

That's what I was thinking. It doesn't sound like Christianity at all. But there are churches that are political and not at all Christian (leftist "social justice" and what not), so maybe he belongs to one of those. |
