Here are some links with instructions http://www.reddit.com/r/tDCS/ It seems you need a pair of sponges, salt water, a 9v battery, 2 crocodile clamps, and wire. You have to get the current going in the right direction. and apply the current at the right spots of the brain, for about 20-30 minutes.

Corporal Posts: 28 Group: Member Member #242 Joined: August 14, 2011	The side effect is that if you do it excessively you might irritate your scalp, and if you do it with the electric current going in the wrong direction, it will work in reverse. But the effects are limited to 6 months, so if you do it wrong, you'll be back to normal in 6 months.
