Still, I can comprehend its uses for most people, particularly those who are attached to celebrities.

It's easy to make friends with people I've never met in person or online elsewhere and have no prior experience talking to. Nobody judges anyone else; it's just people talking to people. Plus you can talk to celebrities, artists, writers and the like, all at the touch of a finger. I've already explained, but I'm quite a huge fan of this little setup. :P
