ok guys I now realized this game was made to be played as a nord warrior because the slow motion fatalities are awesomely hilarious. The game is a lot more difficult because its not 1-shot blam every enemy is dead now its like actual combat where i have to block and shield bash then swipe at them, and when I land a massive blow it feels so satisfying haha |

Ok fine but two things: 1. You don't need perks for ww's insane sprint and ww's are faster. 2. Werewolves are furry and cute. |

Respite is a great perk. Makes restoration really great since the stamina potions are pretty much unnecessary. Really love Oblivion Binding though. One-hit kill to all atronachs and sends undead running away. I actually haven't bought the spell tomes for Fire and Frost atronachs yet, but planning to next time I load up the game. Can't find one for Storm atronachs anywhere...maybe I'll forge one or something. Oh oh, also, who else loves Transmutation? Just keep buying iron ore from shops and boom, instant gold. |

WW form is good and ridiculously good against human beings. A power attack knocks people over, and sprinting power attack kills them instantly. With 2 handed perks the DPS you get is really, really good. |

Oh yeah I have the transmutation spell. I should start using it to see if I can make profit from out of it.

Iron ore costs like 4 gold apiece. 2 iron ore with transmutation will turn into 1 gold ingot after you smelt. Then you can put gemstones into the jewelry and enchant the jewelry too. Hundreds of gold made in profit from a handfull of pieces of iron ore. Easy easy money. |

SPOILER anyone else think the last fight with ulfric and then killing him was rather unsatisfying? there was no epic battle, no slow motion execution, for me it was just *slash*.... "its over! you're a hero!" |

everything else in the game has a big ending, even dungeons you go to have a big finale. this, on the other hand, made ulfric to be some little bitch compared to like a draugr deathlord |

Huh?
|
I'm mostly using bows and arrows, killed two giants and 2 mammoths beside that first town simply because they can't fit through the castle door (the one where you kill the first dragon) Got my archery up to 29 from those 4, although i used about 150 arrows. Died about 7 times before i found that though. |

Companions are excellent, especially if you hire mercenaries who can't die. Just run the fuck away and let them deal and take damage from whatever. Doesn't matter, they won't die and your enemy will be distracted enough for you to make your getaway. |

Yeah, they're always good distractions, but they can never be decisive in the damage that they deal, or the aid that they provide. Sure, they can save you from dying; but the only penalty of death is a forced return to your previous save. |

Mercenaries don't die. I hired a mage mercenary for 500 coin, he follows me EVERYWHERE and attacks EVERYTHING. And he doesn't die. If his health drops low he falls to the ground and stops fighting and enemies go looking for something else to kill. Surprisingly he does a lot of damage, when I first hired him he was blasting shit apart before I could draw my sword. |

Lydia can die. The mage I hired doesn't. Believe me, I witnessed him taking on a high level Draugr and saw all his HP go down the drain. Then he stopped fighting and panted while kneeling, the Draugr then stopped attacking him completely and went on to look for me (at which I fled the scene for the time being). There's a way to find Lydia using the console btw. google it |

companions will kneel like that and automatically mitigate the aggro to you, but if they somehow still get hit like if you fireball near them they WILL die |
