Well, I'm thinking about getting Over G Fighters for the 360, but I'm still not sure. Does anyone recommend anything or have any opinions about the game? |

it's alot more realistic than Ace Combat, but still as fun Pros: -Realism -You can use diff. weapons at once Ex. you can load an A-10 with Air To Air Missiles, Bunker Busters, Dumb Bombs, Rocket Launchers and Anti Tank Missiles -None of those gay ass, part A2A, part A2G missions Cons: -Realism -1 missile and u explode -You can run out of fuel Outcome: 9/10 |

The trick is to change the control settings before you play; otherwise, it'll suck. |

The game is hard at first, but, once you get used to the controls it's usually smooth flying. If your the type of gamer (Like a friend of min) you'll have a smashed 360 controller in no time! |

Cool, I'm going to get the game. Thanks for your help, guys. Also, how good is the F-35B's hover function and the F-22's stealth mode? |

The hover you just have to get used to, and the stealth is very good. |

Does anyone know if the AC6 Flight stick can be mapped to work with OVER-G? |

Hmm, I was wondering the same thing. It would be weird as heck, but it could probably be done. I'll have to rent Over G and see if it works. |

I like the game alright though the storyline is a bit retarded some. The briefings aren't great either, but then again AC6's weren't exactly inspiring either. For a more realisitc console flight sim its a welcome asset and half-way decent to play. |

I love Over G. It does take some getting time getting to know the game, but the more you know about actual air combat the smaller the learning curve. Most people who like Ace don't like it and visa versa. This is because OGF is a sim (kinda) and ACE is an arcade game. Once you learn how to be good in this game, you'll never put it down. There is even still a good amount of online activity late at night. To answer some of your questions from above: The F-22 is outlandish in this game. They make it out to be some kind of airplane god or something. So..consider it the X-02 of OGF. The F-35 has full funtion hover mode. It can manuver just like the real thing. It take some getting use to, but once you get the hang of it, it's fun to fly every now and again. Sometimes you can get a few people on-line to do hover matches which are usually very funny. The Ace Edge is not compatible with OGF. There is no way to get the throttle settings configured. However, it will work with Flight Simulator X. You just have to play with the settings a bit. |

I've got a more pressing question, can a X52 pro be calibrated to work with the 360 in general? Oh and i might give Over G another try..........FSX still pwns it though..... |

**Sorry for raising a dead thread** Got Over-G from GameStop and its no Ace Combat. But if you have flown AC for a while, then some of the missions in OG are relatively easy to soar through. Yeah some of the Strategic Missions are a pain to get but they are well worth the effort. Once I get the MiG-29 line (MiG-29A, MiG-29G & MiG-29S) I'll go through the mission simulation again with these airframes. |
