Rear strut tops

I wanna adjust the damping on my back shocks ( i've Tein coilovers) just want to know how to access the top of the strut, it seems to be unreachable from the boot are the under the plastic beside the parcel shelf?

Needs to Try Harder
I have small hands and can get in under the seatbelts to adjust the rears on mine....don't need to use the TEIN hex tool either...if you still have the rubber caps on the adusters then they are easy to use to click up/down the adjustments....
