| Is your steering wheel "heavy"? | |

A good start is to drain and replace you pwr steering fluid, its just dot4 ATF (cheap) Also check there is no vacume hoses loose below the quads, there is two vacume lines that go onto the rack, does your engine idle normal? |

Ive found the same when i start the car from cold but once it heats up the stearing is grand. |

mine was very heavy and geting worse so when my pump got damaged i changed it and have a guss what my power sterring was lighter than ever it might be the pump mine used 2 make a funny noise |

depends on how you define heavy i guess, the steering isn't exactly ultra light in my car, but it feels firm and has really good feedback. heavier than some other makes and models of cars i've driven though. |
