Does it just screw off and any idea what size the thread is?

Or is it one if these ones you have to cut off etc?

Thanks.

Screw off. I replaced mine with a nice trd one a couple of weeks ago and couldnt have been easier. The original came off without having swing out of it! What one you putting on?

This one to be precise:

I don't like how light the original is, so maybe this will give it a heavier throw. :)

Yeah happy enough with it, wanted to keep everything subtle, like you wouldnt be able to tell it wasnt on it from the factory originally.

Get about 15mm length of garden hose and when you fit it put it on top of the disc under the gear boot... and obviously below your gear boot... this will make sure it fits properly... (and that the gearboot doesn't sit down heaps lower than the bottom of the gear knob).

I think so, I got mine off ebay and asked about the markings on it. Just enquire before you order, i'd be surprised if they didn't come with 6 speed markings too.

If you get the 6 speed quickshift the knob comes with the 6 speed markings... so I'd expect so..
