Screw off. I replaced mine with a nice trd one a couple of weeks ago and couldnt have been easier. The original came off without having swing out of it! What one you putting on? |

Get about 15mm length of garden hose and when you fit it put it on top of the disc under the gear boot... and obviously below your gear boot... this will make sure it fits properly... (and that the gearboot doesn't sit down heaps lower than the bottom of the gear knob). |

I think so, I got mine off ebay and asked about the markings on it. Just enquire before you order, i'd be surprised if they didn't come with 6 speed markings too. |
