I think its an airbag light! The seat belt light is over by the temp gauge. Do you want the light inside or outside the car? If inside you could take a feed from say one of the dash switches that light up with the side lights, Feed it to a relay and get your power from there! Hope this helps |

its the seatbelt light,i hav this to lil person wit a seat belt over them, only happens wen i dont hav my seatbelt on which is only wen i first start the car,and knocks of wen i click the seat belt into the buckle, could be ur seat belt sensor, mines a bzg now and dont hav airbags, but if its a bzr could might wel be a airbag light. |

Is your seatbelt on ? check the sensor which i'm guessing is in the buckle?hopefully it's not the airbag as airbag issues are very costly to get sorted from what i've heard. |

Guys look at the gauges on ebay, there is a little man on the right by the temp gauge and another one on the left by your fuel gauge. The seatbelt light is on the right, the one he is on about is on the left! Ebay Link |

Get a sports steering wheel, and then remove the airbag warning bulb. No problems or worries after you do that Oh, and coz you used the Lockwood dials link so many times in this post, go buy some to install whilst you are removing the airbag warning bulb

Do 10+ year old airbags still work effectively? I have visions of one going off and leaving you looking like a 'Tom & Jerry blackface cartoon explosion character' |

I would agree, dont crash, please! Lets admit it though, most sports cars on the track that have a racing wheel fitted never have an airbag!
