hi all
my clutch is startin to slip a bit in my trueno so i was wonderin wat are the best racin clutchs to get and where is the best places in ireland to get them....

for street use Id say get an exedy std replacement if you think you will be boosting power up a bit and keep things street friendly get a exedy HD cover and organic disc

Yeah dont get a racing clutch they will do your head in.

Excedy stage 1 is a very good clutch kit ;)

I've an LUK in mine for the last 20k kms and would recommend it. Cheap enough too. Dont go near Blueprint whatever you do..

LUK all the way with a toda lightened flywheel,lovely bite on it,and cheap as said above

couture auto there on the traders section on this site,the fitting on a levin clutch is much hassle,have to drop the suspensions,so my local mechanic couldn do it,as he dont have ramps,so bought the parts of couture auto and they fitted them also.all in all it cost me almost 1000euro,but really pays dividends when ever i come up against a ae111,or civic etc

you just need a workshop jack and axle stands :)
heck.. you can do a engine swap with the above :D

ebay mate,ul pick up a toda racing sprts clutch set for 550euro cheaper possibly,and if your fitting it yourself happy days,

Ring Couture and price a LUK one. Think their around 150. Not worth spending a fortune on a sports/racing clutch when our cars produce little torque.
