is it a sign the clutch is near the end if you get the clutch burning smell ?? drove her real hard twice recently and got the smell afterwards both times ! like driving up to 7500 revs and then gear changing like giving her full wack full power , on bendy twisty roads , then this smell !! thought these cars can take this !! trueno bzr |

it is a possible sign of clutch going... question is when you drive it hard do you ride the clutch on gear changes? or do you rest your left foot on the clutch pedal.... clutch might still be ok if it's only making the smell caus of the bad habits, but those habits will shorten the life of the clutch anyway.. when your revving but speed doesnt increase, or increases very slowly, that's when you know your clutch is gone... |

Just go for an aftermarket lad! Every time you will drive it hard, it will smell the same, until the clutch disk fail.. |
