heya guys! asfter reading loads of posts about trumpets etc the OER kit seems like a good option - cartronicjapan - OER They are a bit pricey but i suppose there is reasons. Am i right in thinking the second option down on the page contains the full kit shown at the very start of this thread? - Velocity stack install thread Has anyone got any of this installed and what sort of gains/losses did you get? Does anyone know anything about OER Corporation? And with this setup would a new ecu/piggyback ecu still be necesary? So many questions... |

OER Corporation was one of the only ones to come up with a VTC Controller for our car. They're specialist in Carbies and Throttle Bodies though lol |

The rest of the kit is all about adjusting the Air/Fuel and the VTC timing from what I can see? Its most likely a kit designed to make the most of the "free" flow characteristics of the Quad Throttle Body to atmosphere. All a guess though don't take my word for it... If you ever manage to actually find a full kit, be prepared to pay a ridiculous price for it. |

Couldn't see the kit as a whole or see all of the parts being sold seperately. I was fairly sure the kit had been discontinued. And as I said the price is insane! I'm sure last I heard the whole lot was touching on nearly 1K GBP. 1K for 10, maybe 15bhp lol. You could get better results for cheaper taking another route. The kits very occassionaly pop up on the Yahoo Auctions I believe. |

Fair enough, it may well be, I didn't see that. But then why would you throw all that money on that kit when it could be done for cheaper with probably the same results or for that price better results using individually sourced products. As with most products, you're paying for the name and the fact the one company has produced a 'kit' as it where. |
