Right heres my problem
got a new clutch bout a month ago now havent had much time to drive it but ...
If I change to sixth at bout 100km to 120km and sit there for any amount of time it seems to slip out on me ... not physically but in the workings
So there i am sitting tipping along on the motorway and she just revs when I hit the pedal dangerous if overtaking ;)
however if i go above 140 km in 5th and then change to 6th no problems at all its just that area that it slips
Is this anything has ever heard of before ??

Did someone go and give their clutch a good beating before letting it bed in? :D

Need to do a bit of driving (local clutch guru recomended a rough milage which i can't remember :wall: ) in which you should take it easy on the car and do plenty of gear changes

gear pop out can be caused by bearing play in the box also, but since the bearing involved is normally the input shaft rear id expect 5th to also pop out.

Check that your selector is putting it all the way into 6th would be a starting point

could be the cable needs adjusting as well or it started to peal.
