Sooooo is having longer trumpets or shorter trumpets going to increase torque and hp??? =P

Longer increases torque, shorter power. It's all relative though, too short and you'd need to be revving really high to make power. I think they'd be dependant on the cams you are running really. No point with short rams and standard cams if the peak is above the redline.

^^ not quite right. power is directly related to torque and so forth. look up wikipedia if you want the conversions.

short trumpet result in a higher peak in the power (hp/kw), and also puts a peak in the torque, which results in flow characteristic either side of the peak to either gain/lose torque. most likely lose as the flow of quad throttles and 20V's seems to be a pretty complex equation.

Yea cause I was going 2 purchase some Toda trumpets with retainer kits and they had 33mm, 63mm and 88mm =P our stock ones are 45mm soooo I was tinking, the optimum would be the 63mm ones.
