well as the topic says, both cost around the same price but question is which one is better in terms of performance? and is the sds a standalone or a piggyback? |

Depends on the capability of the tuner and what your tuner is MOST comfortable with. But I will tend to steer towards a standalone rather than a piggyback..since factory ECU is self learning (i.e. adjusts its own maps based on conditions etc), so a piggyback is pretty much useless. Have proven this on a dyno before with E-manage Ultimate. Gained approx 3kw by resetting the ECU on a Back to Back dyno. |
