If I was you, I won't buy the emanage ultimate. It's waste of money. It's better to save some money for a real standalone or a chipped ECU. Check the forum for Emanage. Nobody earned hp from this thing and all of them have several problems with it i.e. needs re-tune after a period of time, because Toyota's ECU are too strong for the emanage. |

I thought the concensus from the E-Manage thread was that it was good value for money as nothing else came close on price. With regards to power gains, people said that it was down to who tuned it really weather it would be good or not. (Use someone who is confident with the E-manage and uses it alot). Maybe Im mistaken but I thought that the model specific harness dealt with the overiding issues on the Blue and the Ultimate allthough hardwired doesnt suffer from this as its more advanced. |

Dyno proven with E-manage Ultimate hardwiring, factory ECU overrides maps on E-manage. I wouldn't recommend it. Since then swapped with a standalone ECU. Loving every bit of it. Surprising enough, Emanage had more wires compared with a standalone! Didn't expect that from a Piggyback at all. Edited by BZR4AGE, Feb 5 2010, 03:06 AM.
