from www.toyodiy.com :

33367RING, SYNCHRONIZER, NO.1
33367-12050AE111..MTM; 1ST GEAR SIDE
33367-12130AE111..6F; 2ND GEAR SIDE

33368RING, SYNCHRONIZER, NO.2

33369RING, SYNCHRONIZER, NO.3
33369-12040AE111..6F

the first number is the "assembly" number, the hyphenated numbers are the toyota part number. I have no idea what the Japanese glyphs mean.
Where there are multiple part numbers, it means there was a running change during the life of the box.

I bought all my c160 parts from Lithia Toyota (Portland Oregon), and found Aaron Willis there a pleasure to deal with. He could clear up any uncertanties. www.LithiaToyotaParts.com

Hope that helps.
ps I found Aaron through the mr2 community. My blacktop + c160 is for a mk1 mr2.
