As told I m owner of the fist Levin in The Netherlands.

The car has central locking but I would like to have a remote. I know its possible to buy an aftermarket set but I prefer OEM Toyota.

As far as I can find on EPC there would be a receiver in the mirror.

Can some tell me what is nessesary to make this work? I know I would need a transmitter and the receiver in the mirror.

(or does some one brake a AE11 with this system in it??))

Thank Guys for the help

does the car currently have the black receiver by the mirror? otherwise you are going to need a remote, receiver & door actuators. The remote alone is about $120 NZ.

And it doesn't work as good as an aftermarket system would. Range is poor.

Thanks!

It does not have them both. It is to be opened by the key and than both the doors unlock.

I Think if i read your text i ll go to install the aftermarket set :) ....
