I'm not convinced they are a great make when it comes to exhausts. Don't think their catbacks are any good, start off at a smaller diameter than the stock cat is. It's their megaphone design but I can't see how having a half inch step down in an exhaust is helpful. What's the internal diameter of the downpipe for your header? |

crack is a relatively easy fix. just give an engineer a box of beers and he'd do it for ya i'm sure. thats what i'd do! Apexi: ![]() toda: ![]() is the same design as the toda one, which is definately the best design that i have seen. as for whether they are as good?not sure but definately good design, plus the primaries are lightly longer which would give good mid range torque. Have you seen the cusco powerball and the HKS racing manifold? They look pretty impressive also. Any idea on dimensions for the apexi, same as toda? |

it all depends what you want out of the headers. both the HKS and the powerball would net you a little more top end power, at the expense of drivability. and all depends if you want to be sinking 1200bux into a set of headers which will maybe gain you maybe 20hp (over std that is) + a little bling factor. 1200bux would buy you a set of forged pistons etc from toda! a lot more potential with forged pistons than headers. /my 2 cents

well they are the apexi sprial ones. i have seen them they need a bit of work. and just on a note to touge if you have done your reading over at jamica wheels the cusco p ball nets gain every were not just in the top of the range. and the hks super racing if you looked at them in person over the standard one you know it will be gains i let you know once i get mine on. oh and i didnt pay anywere near the 1200 bux lol |
