Provide's a better gear change due to less of slack in the selector cables. I have a set in my 2 and it does make a considerble amount of difference and a much more positive shift. Get a few made up robcam and you could make yourself some money

the shifter bushings you are looking for are for sale on yahoo auctions japan. they are made by R-parts they might have a site where they list the specs of them. |

do you want the measurements of the rubber housed bushing? I.e the ...metal part in the centre which has the rubber surround?....I still have the stock ones so I can definitely give you the dimensions..sadly i sold those solid shifter mounts before u PM'd me else I'd definitely have measured them up. Anyway let me know which dimensions you want from the stock rubber ones and I'll post them up here.. I dont think it matters as such what the exact height of the mount is, so long as: 1) all 4 mounts are identical in height 2) they are solid metal 3) they sit snug on the shifter holes...I dont think I'll be able to get that dimension though..you would probably have to unbolt..? 4) there is a snug fit on the bolt going into the floor pan..through the shifter. |

Yea I had seen them on yahoo japan but once postage etc is paid for would cost like $80NZ for a set. So I stopped being lazy, pulled the center console out and took some measurements. A friend is making me a set over the weekend. I'll see how long it takes him to make them. As to what it would cost to get more made. Pending this I'll work out a price if anyone else wants a set. Would anyone else be interested? |

So picked up the set I got made they work perfectly They look just like the ones in the top image. Total price including Postage & pay-pal fee for international buyers. Postage internationally will take 3-10 working days. Post in NZ will be overnight. AU $50NZ EU $55NZ NZ $50NZ So if people interested are happy with these prices ill get some more made. The dimensions I currently have are for 5 speed so will need to confirm the differences of the 6 speed ones. |
