I have bought a speedometer converter already and want to install it. Can someone help and tell me how to install. I am looking for the signal wire, ''+'' and ''-'' wires, can someone tell me where are the locations for the signal, Positive and Negative (Ground) on the speedometer. That speedometer is an original standard one. Thanks!!!!!! Edited by norip_ching, Aug 25 2010, 11:51 PM.

your best bet would be to actually pull apart the cluster and check on the speedo itself. or better yet can you hook it up at the ecu? |

My best advice is dont do it at all leave the car in khm, keeps it authentic, helps re sale value and kmh is easy to drive with even if your use to mph, had mine 1 1/2 yrs now and so use to it , if you want a mph read out buy a rsm lol dont waist your money and time on one sorry might not be what you want to here but thats just my opinion:thumbsup: |

Thanks for Jase1's advise. but the main thing i will install limit defender on it to solve the problem of the speed limit. that's why i want to install the speedometer converter as well. Actually, I haven't intended to sell my car, so the sale value is not a big problem for me. Anyways, thanks for your opinion. and I hope you can find the answer for me and help me to sort it out bro. |
