I used Redline Heavy Duty Shock Proof (the thickest one 80w140) it was bout $25 AUD per quart, not cheap but i havent found anything that comes close to this product!! Transformed my crunchy gearbox. Was thinking bout major work but thought ill give it a go since reading on the skyline fourms and heard nothing but good news on it. Haven't looked back since. High performance imports did a review on it once and stated that it literally 'fixes' hard shifting issues. Still needs a bit of care when cold but no where near as bad as before literally feels close to new. Highly recommended wouldn't use anything else!!! I have the 5 speed LSD and it uses bout 3 liters. Buy the big bottle, drain it see how much comes out should be bout 3 liters. I used a garden hose and a funnel.Fill it in gulps as it takes awhile. The garden hose is perfectly sized for the fill plug it sills tighter than a virgins first time! Good luck.
