They dont have a lower half mate. The bottom of the box is the filter EDIT.That does not look like a AE111 box. This was mine

just got mine today, dose it just float in place ? seems the only thing holding it is the pipe going to the engine. |

yeah wrong shape, and also yours says "touring" which is a different car, still under AE111 i think but like a sedan ? no time to put mine in =.= BTW, "TruenoSam" dose the arc box just sit in place held by the outlet pipe to the engine. no need to mount the actual ARC box anywhere ? |

I think there was supposed to be a mount but mine did not have one. Caused no problems so no bother |

^ sorry to bring up an old topic, but i am able to get an ae101 intake chamber for my ae111, the extra outlet is just that little pipe that pokes out the top? can you just block it off or is there something specific you must do about it? |

cheers frax ![]() i suppose there's no difference in performance/design as the ae101 and ae111 intake chambers are slightly different (ae101 doesn't have the bump right above the where it connects to the plenum) ? |

@ Woop - the ae111 box may have a larger bellmouth in it i think? @ Zeek - Not sure since ARC are no longer accepting orders. Second hand would be your best bet. May be a bit costly though. Edited by frax, Apr 3 2011, 08:07 PM.
