Alri lads, i bought a 4puk clutch over 2 months ago and only went to fit it recenty. i was told it was for an ae111 levin/trueno, but when i went to get it fitted the clutch disc was smaller than flywheel and original clutch disc. the clutch i got has a 200mm diameter, even though the pressure plate and release bearing fitted bang on. So what i would like to know is what car this clutch kit would suit, if anyone know's? Need to know so i can sell it on cause the lad i bought it of is acting the c**t bout it. |

ok, did not know there was a uk version the lad who i bought it off got it from a crowd in the uk so that explains why the clutch diameter is 200mm and not 212mm |

According to Exedy, it seems to suit a small selection of 4A-FE engined Corollas, but this is purely off diameter. So I'm thinking E-series Gbox. Off the Aussie Exedy site... AE94 4A-FE 91-95 uses a 200mm Clutch... Part# - TYK-6912 |

I would sell the kit, as the cover will be wrong and the bearing might be smaller (I have seen smaller ones on 16v 4age's) You need to get a clutch kit that fits a 91+ 4afe,7afe,2zzge,4age,4efte |

I "think" the 200mm clutch fits 4efe,5efe but you would need to check to be sure. |

Don't go too hardcore matey, reports of our Master Clutch cylinder being not up to task at times with hardcore clutch kits =| |

Care to elaborate on this some more? Do you mean that the Master Clutch Cylinder cant handle the pressure of pushing the stiffer pressure plates? |

Especially the 6 speed gearbox has several problems with racing clutches ie TRD metal facing clutch disc |

my own is a 5speed box, bought her because i just didnt see the point in having 6gears and i heard somewhere before i bought the car that the 5speed is a stronger box.... i shouldn't be going to hardcore on the clutch kit, its still a road car at the end of the day like. |

it doesnt matter you can still strip the syncros on high speed launches with a race clutch . buy a standard clutch or the next stage up and put the money into getting a lighter flywheel =more usable power. ie. i think different clutches need different clamping loads |
