there are quite a few on yahoo. but as has been said before as they can't be tuned anywhere apart from japan you would be much better off with a locally available / tunable ECU. They will be tuned for Jap fuel and specific combination of parts http://page18.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w49543719 http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e104821823 http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r71038960 http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e103887694 |

it is a chipped ecu that has been re-tuned (re-mapped) to maximize the gains possible from modifications such as intake and exhaust. N1 related to a racing class there AE111's were raced. The ECU will be to the same spec as these cars. |

There is the computer handling book for AE111 N1 specification 4A-G. [reburimitsuta] is set to 8500RPM with T-MAX make. Because with initializing the fuel from normal 8% - 17% is cut at the entire area, fuel control (increasing in quantity) please be sure to do. Without fuel control when full opening travelling is done, there is danger of blow. At the picture please judge. It is operation verification end, but we ask with no claim & the no return. Dispatch has planned the [yu] pack. We refuse the cancellation after the bidding successfully. What does the bold section mean? I saw some races with Marino, Levin, Civic, PRimera so I guess that is the N1 Race. |

It's referring to the ecu being tuned to run race fuel. And that there is a danger when not using race fuel of blowing the engine. |

Thank you. Race fuel cost too much money here $22 USD per gallon and it damages the Oxygen sensor so guess its not worth it. My friend used race gas in his BZR but he is always about two cars infront when we go to the track and I have teh heavay Carib so I guess race gas does not work in our cars. |

how much would i be looking for a full standalone option anyways, and including tune? roughly of course. 3000 or more AUD? this is why i was only considering bolt on mods with a pre programmed ecu, its simply too much for me including supporting mods :( pity they cant be chipped |

Something like a Link G4 storm would be about $2500 installed and tuned. This company distribute link in Aus they could probably give you an idea. |

oh ok well thats not too bad actually, would that be considered cheap? but i guess that wouldnt be the end of it either would it? i would probably have to go back some time to refine the tune? |

All depends what you're planning mate, if you're serious and want to put in cams, rebuild engine, etc. Then by all means go for standalone otherwise if you're not going that far, wouldn't recommend. |

If you buy something pre programmed then it's not going to be particulally good at all as it will be mapped for a different car which may have different mods,it's also going to be set to suite Japanese fuel and Japanese weather etc... so It'll be all over the place ! Remember that even two identically modified cars are not going to be mapped exactly the same. |
