nct emissions

failed nct there today on emissions and noise , emissions were 2.60 , wow what the fuck guys ??

Before I went for my NCT earlier this year I cleaned the throttle bodies, did an oil/filter change and filled up using only used Maxol E5 for about a month beforehand. I also used about three bottles of injector cleaner and drove the shit out of the car to burn out any carbon deposits that might have been there. I kept the engine running at the NCT centre until they were ready to test, to keep the cat converter warm.

Result: Really low emmissions!

will also be effected by how big the tail pipe is on the car , what exhaust you got on it, if its something like the hks silent hi power it needes to be covered over when they perform the test with a rag or similar , and yes they can legely do it nothing in there rule books to say they cant , :thumbsup:
