Hi every one, first of all I want to thank you for taking time to read my post. OK so here's the deal, I dropped a ST in my 1995 corolla formerly 4afe 1.6 I figured out the ecu pin outs that needed to be changed and rerouted. Also the harness had the ignitor and starter relay and and coil pack wires cut off so I had to figure what wire went to what. Now my problem is that I get 13 volts at the starter and the starter relay works. But my car doesn't even crank. Am I missing something I'm not seeing in the wiring diagrams? Has anyone done a ST swap on a ae101?Again thanks for reading

Hi there mate, You may find some useful info in AE111_JAMES' thread: James' build log Not quite the same situation as you, but he swapped the blacktop into a car that was 4AFE powered. |

Perhaps shoot James a PM to ask (if you haven't already). He isn't on here very often these days, but a PM might get a response? He's got a lot of the factory wiring diagrams, and might be able to send one through to you. |
