For those who just can't wait I just saw a bookseller on Amazon with one book to sell and ready to ship immediately. Charging full price of $24.95 with $3.99 shipping. So if you want to be this year's SpoilerMeister . . .

By the way, am I the only one who's noticed that the cover art is completely lacking in any written words? No title, no author, no nothing.

S/He must have a preview copy or something. We'll see a cover with words here soon, I'm sure

The cover design hasn't changed a bit since I first saw it and that seems like it was ages ago. I know I made reference to it to you as early as January and by then I'd already been looking at it for a while. Don't tell me it's a preliminary mock-up cover, I've seen several of those and they have only words, or a few pictures dominated by print.

MWIH has recently added words.

Alternatively, I have noticed amazon will often remove words from the cover images when it posts them for...some reason.

In many instances Amazon puts artwork up from publishers that has not been finalized by them. They both want to get artwork and information up as soon as possible so they do rush jobs a lot.

It's out now. Go buy it. Play the SpoilerMeister this year--it seems wrong that someone of your stature never got the chance.

"MWIH has recently added words."

Really?

"Alternatively, I have noticed amazon will often remove words from the cover images when it posts them for...some reason."

Hmm, never noticed.

Actually it's been my experience that they usually take their time. Most annoyingly.

When I was working in publishing we regularly sent old or even incorrect artwork to Amazon and other sites just to get something up ASAP.

Well like I say, it's been my experience that they take their sweet time in outting up pictures.
