It did but I removed it. When I get back to working on T2G, I intend to put it back but with the spoiler template warning. I think its one thing to describe the outcome of plot developments in a story but another thing entirely to reveal the solution of a mystery. |

But our spoiler policy is "Spoil Away." I'm not going to read 2G and I don't give a shit about mysteries but now it's going to bug me. Who was it? |

I suggest putting the answer in a seperate thread clearly marked as a spoiler in the title. That way you can satisfy everyone who's being at all reasonable. |

You click on the new thread titled "The villain in The Two Georges (Spoilers)" and those who don't want spoilers don't. Make sense? |

Sure, but you said people who are "at all reasonable." I'm not. |

Far be it from me to argue with a statement like that. |

I seem to recall our spoiler policy being "spoil away in clearly marked spoiler threads." Didn't ML4E, TR and I have this argument like a while back? |

In the Wiki? As far as I can recall we've always encouraged spoiling anywhere and everywhere. Silver told people with advanced copies not to lay everything out till the release date but we told him to stick it. The nature of our wiki being what it is, if we were going to be touchy about spoilers we'd hardly be able to write anything, even on books that had been out for years. |

Oh. I do remember someone who had only read TL-191 through B&I bitching because we were "spoiling" the later books. We told him to get real. |

Atvar, because the best villains are the ones who are heroes from their perspective. Featherston almost fits the bill, but at times he even admitted that the uplifting of (white) Confederate society was secondary to outright revenge against his enemies. Atvar believed that his actions were best (in the long run) for the Tosevites as well as the Empire. |

Yeah Atvar! I think that's why I found him so sympathetic. And I voted for him because of that sympathetic quality. Hell, by the end of the story he and the hero were pulling together. About how many other names on the list can you say that? |

All I recall along these lines was a request for TR to post spoilers from MWIH in a seperate, clearly marked thread. Seems like a good policy to me. Anyone who wants to avoid them just doesn't read the thread. |
