Although it is billed as model show probably more correct to list it here. There will be a few clubs displaying but it is mainly an opportunity to spend any remaining cash with some traders. I have picked up a few bargains in the past but that has to be balanced against the entry fee, currently £7. I won't be going this year but post details in case anyone else is interested.

Details will be posted on the IPMS Coventry site http://coventryandwarwickipms.weebly.com/our-show-details.html

Never say never...

I will be going on Sunday after all. Alan Brown of Leicester Modellers has been in touch and has offered to meet up there to give some tips on how to manage Facebook. If anyone else is in the area and still has a few pounds left in their pocket and feels the need to make some more purchases after Telford I will be there for a few hours from 10:00. Normal museum entry charges apply, free parking.

Tips will be good as I hardly use Facebook and have no real clue what I'm doing.

I took a few of the 1/1 Tornado for DH764 but the modelling display was confined to the Argosy Suite with just half a dozen clubs displaying, several Telford medal winners were on show. The main building contained a good mix of traders but some of the prices were top end and it was as usual freezing cold, it was actually warmer outside in the sunshine. I only bought two bottles of Vallejo Air Black which will be going on a Saturn V very soon.

Colin if you have any Airfix magazines from 1982 I will buy them of you as there is quite a bit about the Falklands in that year cheers
