The Today programme on Radio 4 this morning included a lot of RAF stories. One of the presenters, Sarah Montague was taken for a flight by Wing Commander James Heeps to the Mach Loop and back, in a Tornado.

The BBC have released this film taken in the cockpit. It is a 360 view so you can drag the image around.
